Here we have a nice West Bend Poppery II Hot Air Popcorn Popper/Coffee Bean Roaster Motor Almond YL yellow label. This is a replacement part. I would rate this to be in (8/8+) used working shape with some light normal use marks. The Top Plastic Lid Funnel is not included. You can replace it with your old one or if you are going to use it for a Coffee bean roaster you will not need the lid anyway.
This is the original West Bend The Poppery II Hot Air Corn Poppery. This Poppery has 1200 watts of power. I have read some people use this to roast coffee beans, but I have never tried it. This should work for your coffee bean roasting needs also.
