As far as I can tell, it looks to be new and sealed and the box. Box still has original tape and staples in it and the lady that I purchased from said she never opened it.   As you can see in the pictures, what I believe is the factory tape on the top and bottom of the box has yellowed with age.  Thats what actually leads me to believe that it is in fact, factory sealed.  IF YOU ARE CONVINCED OF THAT AS WELL AND INTEND TO LEAVE IT SEALED AS A COLLECTIBLE, THEN I WON'T OPEN IT.  HOWEVER, IF YOU INTEND ON OPENING THIS WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT, THEN I WILL OPEN IT BEFORE I SHIP IT, TO CONFIRM MY BELIEF, THAT IT IS IN FACT NEW.  YOU WILL NEED TO DISCLOSE YOUR INTENTIONS PRIOR TO ME SHIPPING IT.  WHAT I'M TRYING TO AVOID IS SOMEONE BUYING IT, OPENING IT, PULLING A NEW ONE OUT, PUTTING A USED ONE IN THE BOX AND THEN FILING A NOT AS DESCRIBED CLAIM.
THE BOX DOES SHOW WEAR FROM AGE AND HAS A YARD SALE PRICE TAG ON THE TOP.
There are 8 pictures posted!  If you need more, just ask.  The box does show wear typical of age and storage etc and it does have a little kids sticker on it as shown and what appears to be a price tag that someone attempted to remove.  It makes me believe that maybe this was a gift to someone that just never opened it.
