Vintage Solo Cup Company Chicago Dispenser Part Steel Cone Funnel Cup Holder

I don't know exactly the intended function of this lovely little cone thing, but you probably do.  It's 3" tall, 2.75" across the smaller end, and 4" across the larger end.  It's in super nice condition!
