Vintage Soda Fountain Goose Neck tap draft arm dispenser tap soda jerk

Here is a old goose neck soda fountain tap that was mounted to the bench in my garage for at least 25 years. I cleaned it with some 0000 steel wool and it looks nice. The measurement to the top of the gooseneck is 11 1/2" and the thread stem at the bottom is 3 1/4" long x 3/4" in diameter. The only stamping i see is on the bottom of the knob which has the letter H and Pat. Appld For. It has some nicks and a few pitted spots on the chrome. There is a small hole on the top - see last pic - but it may be a factory applied hole ? It looks to be in good condition but i have no idea if it works. Please ask questions first.
