This is a Vintage SCO-CO High Quality Fertilizers Advertising Bullet Pencil.
There are no damage on the pencil holder, but there is something on the paper label. The bullet measures 4" in overall length with the pencil measuring 1-3/4". The eraser has been slightly used. The pencil has been sharpened and the tip is broken off. There are slight wear/scratches on the bullet end. Condition is used.
