VINTAGE RARE c.1920 "CRISS-CROSS" PANELLED SODA FOUNTAIN "DEEP DISH" STRAW HOLDER
Beautiful unusual paper straw dispenser that would have graced the counter of your local Soda fountain in the 1920's!
Approximately 12" in height & 4" in diameter at the base!
Notice the "deep dish" cup that held the paper straws!
The glass is flawless showing no "haze" no chips or cracks!
The metal base has "no splits" typical of these early straw holders & a small "push" at the edge!
The top piece which helps pull up the straws will need to be glued back in place!
Just a beautiful rare piece to add to any Soda fountain, Ice cream parlor, Diner, Malt shoppe, Apothecary or Luncheonette collection!
