Vintage Not Magnetic "PATENT APPIED FOR" DIALER Bullet Pencil on a CHAIN
Not sure what type of metal it's made of. The only makers marks found is in the title. The body & pencil holder are different metals.
I took photos of all sides to show condition. The body is great! While the dialer head has a few minor dings. The chain is magnetic.
This type of bullet pencil just doesn't come up often enough to really judge
its
value, GOOD LUCK!
