Vintage Mail Order Quilt Pattern ~ Grandmother's Choice ~ 1930s Depression Era

Description

This is a PHOTOCOPY of a Vintage Mail Order Quilt Pattern to make a quilt called Grandmother's Choice. The pattern dates to the 1930s or 1940s. It is perfect for the quilter who wants to make their own piece of history. The picture shows the upper left corner of what a completed quilt would look like. Each block has a sconce/flower look and the individual blocks are assembled on a diagonal. Instructions are given for either a Single Bed (62X96) which takes 80 blocks to make, or a Double Bed (74X96) which takes 96 blocks to make. I include a black and white copy of the instructions and the complete pattern. I have IMPROVED THE PATTERN for easier use by printing enlarged instructions for easier reading, and also separating pieces that overlapped on the original pattern.
