Vintage ice cream parlor syrup dispenser. It is a Hall black porcelain Made in the USA !!. It has a beautiful, shiny black porcelain base and chrome top. The pump flavor is marked "Lime". The pump moves freely up and down and when tested in water worked beautifully.
