Vintage Hall Porcelain Syrup Pump Dispenser Black Soda Fountain antique works #B

Description

Vintage or possibly antique soda fountain syrup dispenser.
Black porcelain container by Hall Made in USA (they are famous for their restaurant wear and teapots)
and chromed metal syrup pump dispenser.  Great art deco details on the metal top plate.
Hand washed with soap, water, and bleach spray detergent.
Porcelain has chips along the top edge.  see photos (ask for more if you don't feel you have a good view)
Metal pump is complete, but chrome has aging.
Tested by putting water in the porcelain compartment, putting the pump in place and pushing it.  Pump moves smoothly and by the third pump water flowed out.  I pumped about a dozen times as I was also making sure the pump inner parts are clean.
Disclaimer:  the buyer is expected to re-clean this item to their own satisfaction.  This is sold for decorative or home use.  I do not know (actually I doubt) if the item is up to current commercial use standards.
Porcelain weighs about 6-1/2lbs, the pump about 3, so the whole unit is under ten pounds!
