Item is new, with original package of straws included.  Being so old, 2 or 3 of the straws are broken, and I suspect the rest are very delicate.  Straws can easily be replaced with your own, if desired.
Original label is torn/worn on two corners, as shown in photo.
Item measures approximately 2 1/2 inches by 9 1/2 inches.
Item is made in the USA.
