VERY RARE Vintage BULLET PENCIL with KEY RING has printing in French.  We had to depend on Google's translation: "M. NARTMUS" - WINES & SPIRITS WHOLESALE, HOUSES in Charleville - phone: 262 - Rimogne - phone: 4. (both cities are east of Paris, France) and "MISKET-KINA" APPETIZER RECOMMENDED.  The pencil is used (see picture of pencil nub) but has BEAUTIFUL patina. Clear, clean printing.
