Vintage BULLET PENCIL is dated 1991 and is marked: "Vote Monona Grove & Cottage Grove (Wisc. ?) STATE LIONS BOWLING TOURNEY.  It shows use and the eraser has hardened but it still has great color and clear printing.  It comes from a smoke free home.
