Vintage BULLET PENCIL dated 1953 is marked:  "State Bank of Toulon - 50th Anniversary - 1903-1953 - Toulon, Illinois, Member F.D.I.C."  It shows use (see pictures) and its eraser has hardened but the print is still readable.  It comes from a smoke free home.
