    Description

    Up for sale is this vintage advertising bullet pencil with the name "Boys' & Men's Specialty Shop  - Apparel For Boys and Men Telephone 476  145 Arsenal Street  Watertown, N.Y."   It is in good condition with no cracks or chips in the outer plastic (bakelite?) sleeve.   The pencil has been crudely sharpened and the eraser is quite worn down.    The metal bullet tip is in excellent condition.
