    This was once on a stand and used as soda syrup dispenser. Some crafty folk artist turned it into a table top display. It looks like a portable cooler BUT IT IS NOT. In fact it’s probably 45lb and not easy to lug around. But back then they modified things to suit individual need. So it’s a great table top piece. See photos.
