We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or replacement.  All returns require authorization before shipping the product back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and  returns should be package securely.

For non-defect returns, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. All returns are inspected upon arrival to verify defects, damage and confirm all pieces are included. Non-defect returns must be unused and in "resale" condition with all original packaging intact with all parts and accessories. An additional deduction may be taken to replace missing pieces or  for repackage or the refund may be denied if the returned item is used(shows signs of installation), missing too many or key components or otherwise misrepresented.
