    RAM 3/8 Rubber Expansion Anchors w/Brass Inserts & Stainless Steel Screws
    This is the perfect solution for anchoring a RAM flat surface/marine mount on a boat.  Includes 4 rubber expansion plugs with brass nut inserts and 4 #10 x 1 1/4" stainless steel screws.  Simply insert in a 3/8" hole; as you tighten the screw the plug expands and firmly anchors your device.
