3.68" round base with predrilled holes, two holes at 180 degrees and three holes at 120 degrees. 2.25" rubber ball attached to base
Short double socket arm - Overall arm length: 5.0625"
A single spring inside the arm opens the end sockets, allowing you to pivot the ball and socket connection
2" x 5"  rectangular plate with 2.25" ball and predrilled four hole pattern
Plate thickness: 1/4" - center to center hole pattern is 1.5" x 4.5" (hole diameter: 1/4")

For non-defect returns, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund. This fee is usually to recover our original shipping expenses or other expenses related to the transaction. Shipping fees, if any, paid by the buyer are not refundable. Refunds are processed within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive the return.
All returns are inspected upon arrival to verify defects, damage and confirm all pieces are included. Non-defect returns must be unused and in "resale" condition with all original packaging intact with all parts and accessories. An additional deduction may be taken to replace missing pieces or  for repackage or the refund may be denied if the returned item is used(shows signs of installation), missing too many or key components or otherwise misrepresented.
