RETURN POLICY:
Unless an item is defective or the wrong item was sent, we charge a 15% restocking fee for returns if the item has been opened. Buyer pays return shipping if the wrong item was purchased. Most RAM Mounts items carry a lifetime warranty. Warranty claims are handled by RAM Mounts directly.
