Olsen Frankman Livestock Commission Bullet Pencil Sioux Falls SD Knight Riter.  I believe it dates to the early-mid 1960's.  Appears unused, eraser is intact.  Measures just over 3.75" in length.  Pocket clip has maker name "Knight Riter".  Advertising reads:
