    Comments:  This is definitely a vintage keychain, but it may also be a bullet pencil.  We could not get the top/end off of the item - in fact, I'm not convinced that it is meant to be opened.  So, it may not contain a bullet pencil.  It could simply be a keychain.  Not sure.
    Purchased at an estate sale in the Olney IL region from a lifelong collector of rare and unusual Illinois collectibles.
