We also recommend that you protect the item against any pet hair or dander, liquid, or other debris, and to put it back in the plastic packaging it came from once you've tried it on.
Swimwear and Intimates Return Policy
We're unable to process returns for swimwear or intimate apparel items that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All intimate apparel must be returned in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. All swimwear must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place.
When you receive your swimwear or intimates item, we strongly suggest you try it on over your personal underwear. After you decide to keep your items, feel free to remove the hygienic strip and tags.
