Old John Pela Chevy advertising pencil, probably from the 1960's.  Has a hole drilled through near the eraser, that looks like a keychain went through.  The pencil's bullet end is stuck inside the body; I can't pull it out by hand, but more forceful means (pliers) could probably do the trick, but I don't want to make it worse...
