    This is a non current operating legal brothel located about three miles north of Beatty.  It originally started in the early to mid last century called the Circle C Ranch.  In 1971 this brothel was sold and the name changed to Fran's Star Ranch.  In 1997 the brothel was then sold to Mack & Sharon Moore and the place became known as the "Christian Brothel".  This brothel is known for some very unique paintings hanging in the lobby painted by artist Alan Wood at the beginning of WWII.
