6 Vintage VORTEX Silver Metal Ice Cream Cup Holders Soda Fountain Drug Store Collectibles from the 1940'S. Condition is used.
These SIX matching Retro/Vintage silver metal ice cream cup holders were found in the basement of an old Drug Store that was changing hands and needed to be cleaned out and I got to help. They have Trade Mark VORTEX on the bottom along with a patent for Oct. 20th 1914 and May 11th 1915. They appear to be silver plated and I have left them with their lovely patina although they could be shined and polished. They measure 2 3/4" high and are 4" across the top.
I love their "look" and they would make a great addition to your Vintage Retro decor in a kitchen, bar or theater room. I'm sure they have all at one time been used but they are in excellent Vintage condition with a few tiny wear marks. They are great period collectible pieces and are good for another 100 years.
