This is a unique set of napkin rings designed by famous Italian designer Alessi for Delta Airlines.  They are beautiful and functional, with the distinctive logo.
Chrome napkin rings have "Alessi for Delta" printed on one side and the part number 044207762 on the other side.
They were used for cutlery roll-ups in first class premium flights.
